High design pressure, heavy tube box, requires supports
First is the double-tube-sheet heat exchanger； Secondly, there are three saddles: a fixed support in the middle and sliding supports on both sides ； According to the equipment structure, the space for arranging the left support at the three-saddle position is limited, making it impossible to place it normally above the cylinder; therefore, the arrangement shown in the diagram has to be used.
Just by looking at the diagram, it can be seen that the tube side belongs to a high-pressure heat exchanger; the tube box is very heavy, and as a result it is a bit top-heavy, so support saddles have been added at the flanges on the shell side.
