The latest patented enamel flat-plate condenser is a replacement for disc-type condensers; it features a square flat design instead of the circular convex-and-concave shape. It significantly reduces the problem of enamel cracking that occurs on the convex surfaces and in the flow channels under conditions of thermal deformation, high cooling water pressure, and high vacuum pressure. With the same floor area as conventional disc-type condensers, it offers a cooling efficiency about 40% higher. Thanks to its high efficiency, it reduces the required floor space; it is small in size, light in weight, and easy to install.
Is enamel material sensitive to sudden cooling? It is necessary to ensure that the cooling side is fully filled with liquid; if it is not fully filled, the entry of hot gas will cause fluctuations in the liquid level on the cold side, leading to cracking and damage to the enamel
The heat transfer coefficient effect results in larger equipment size! It’s only suitable for special occasions!
