I have a question for all of you experts. We have a condenser with a diameter of 800 mm and a tube side length of 2000 mm; it has been modified so that heat transfer oil is used for heating in the shell side, while hydrogen is used in the tube side. The pressure at the outlet of the heat transfer oil circulation pump is present in the shell side, while the pressure in the tube side is 0.05 Mpa. Does this type of setup fall under the category of pressure vessels?

It belongs to pressure vessels. An upper tank must also be installed, for oil return.
Check whether it belongs to a pressure vessel; if so, the purpose of use needs to be changed
