GB150 stipulates that for pressure-bearing components, steel plates should be used; the minimum operating temperature for ferritic steel is 0 degrees, for ferritic-austenitic steel it is -20 degrees, and for austenitic steel it is -196 degrees. Does that mean the minimum operating temperature for all duplex steels is -20 degrees? What are the specific reasons? Where can I find out the operating temperature for duplex steel?
