The workshop produces products similar to nylon 6. Why is the cooling medium in the spray tower of the drying system fed from above and discharged from below, rather than from below and above? The drying system has fans in the upper and lower sections; why must the outlet fan be turned on first when starting the fans, given that they are centrifugal fans?

Does the cold flow enter from above and exit from below, while the hot flow enters from below and exits from above?
There are quite a few problems; it seems to be someone new to the job. I have a question – why not ask the technicians on site? Does the company not provide a technician? Is it because the on-site technical experts and instructors aren’t providing adequate guidance on issues like this? It’s just a guess. If what they say isn’t thorough enough and there are differences regarding certain fundamental principles, it’s fine to raise the issues for discussion; however, it would be better to send over a schematic diagram as well, as looking at the diagram will make things clearer. For reference.
Think about it more, and you’ll understand gradually.
Isn’t heat exchanger exchange done with cold fluid entering from below and exiting from above?
