Seeking help regarding heat exchange and insulation

It is installed vertically; the container flanges of the upper and lower tube boxes comply with NB/T47023-2012 FM-1400-4.0. The operating temperatures for the tube side and shell side are 280°C and 290°C respectively. The materials used are 15CrMoR for the tube side and Q345R for the shell side. Insulation made of rock wool with a thickness of 100 mm is required. May I ask: Does this type of equipment require a thermal insulation support ring? I would appreciate guidance from design experts :)
There are many ways to maintain heat; just choose the one that suits you. The insulation materials are either bundled together or buried inside the container using insulation material. It would be best to send a picture to facilitate discussion.
