Dear teachers, hello everyone. I have been working in the sales of heat exchangers. Previously, however, I dealt with heat exchanger sales within the HVAC industry, so I’m not very familiar with the chemical industry. Now, I’d like to try to acquire clients in this industry. I would like to ask everyone, in which types of chemical plants in the chemical industry are plate heat exchangers used?

Chemical engineering is much more serious than HVAC. Just say this one sentence.
The chemical industry has many strange gases and liquids that cause severe corrosion to rubber, so gasket-type seals are basically not usable. Taking into account temperature and pressure as well, full welding can be used. If you plan to do full welding at home, then go ahead; otherwise, it’s not worth doing. One has to take responsibility.
