For example, I have a customer who is given a parameter of flue gas heat exchange and hot water into steam. Let me briefly explain the flue gas parameters as shown in the figure. The customer needs to convert 95°C hot water into 95°C steam, and the steam-producing side is under negative pressure. The steam production requirement is 2.7 tons/hour. I don’t know how to select and design this heat exchanger. I would be very grateful if someone could help me with the design and selection.
It is used in multi-effect power plants. This heat exchanger costs around 3 million. It is best to use 316L or QN1906

It has nothing to do with the boiler, it just produces low-temperature heat source for the multi-effect evaporator, because the desulfurization liquid evaporation system of the power plant consumes too much energy.
