With the advancement of science and technology, Yuantuo Electromechanical utilizes computer and mechanical technologies to manufacture medium-frequency induction heating equipment. Human-computer interaction is achieved through software. It allows for the storage and retrieval of historical records such as production data, enabling traceability of the production process, reducing the need for manual intervention, improving production efficiency, and making production operations simpler and more user-friendly. The steel rod quenching and tempering equipment produced by our company is suitable for large-scale mechanized production, and can operate without human intervention through computer control. Application features of our company’s steel rod production line: 1. High efficiency in induction heating, with the heating efficiency reaching up to 70%; in particular, the efficiency of the induction melting furnace can reach 75%. 2. Since induction heating equipment has low heat dissipation losses, the temperature in the workshop is significantly reduced, thereby improving the working conditions there. Moreover, induction heating furnaces do not produce fumes or dust during heating, thus cleaning the working environment of the workshop. 3. Due to their fast heating speed and high efficiency, induction equipment reduces the heating time; as a result, the burn rate of the oxide scale on the blanks is 0.5%-1%. 4. It features a fast heating speed, which can double the productivity of heating equipment; it can also be combined with other devices to form a continuous production line. 5. By taking advantage of the fast heating speed of induction heating, additional heating is applied to the blank, enabling its surface to reach the temperature required for further processing rapidly.
