To make better use of chain plates, our technical staff must carry out proper installation work in the initial stage. Based on years of installation experience, we have summarized several points to keep in mind; let’s take a look: Note 1: Fix the tensioning device of the chain plate conveyor at a distance of 100~150 mm from the starting point； Note 2: Install a shaft that rotates smoothly on the chain plate core for winding, and arrange the tape roll properly. Before placing it on the rack, make sure the orientation of the adhesive on the upper and lower covers is correct, so as not to place it in the wrong direction ； Note 3: In workplaces where installation is not appropriate, the chain plates can be moved aside, and the folded sections of the chain plates should have a sufficiently large radius of curvature to prevent damage to them; heavy objects must not be placed on the folded sections of the chain plates ； Note 4: After positioning the new belt correctly on the conveyor, secure one end of the belt with a clamp, then connect it to the rope that goes around the rollers and pulleys. Use a pulling device to place the chain plate evenly on the conveyor; when pulling, be careful to prevent the chain plate from pressing against the frame. Note 5: Fix one end of the chain plate to the conveyor frame using a clamp, and pull the other end taut through a pulley until there is no noticeable sagging of the chain plate on the return idler.
