EXPERT+ has been successfully activated; once the valve positioner is initialized, the baseline curve graph is generated automatically. After EXPERT+ is successfully activated, a baseline curve must be plotted first in order to proceed with the subsequent diagnostic functions and to ensure their integrity. If EXPERT+ is activated after leaving the factory, the baseline curve graph will be generated after the locator is reinitialized. When using a valve positioner, by first entering the specification parameters of the control valve and the pneumatic actuator, accurate diagnostic data for the valve can be obtained. That is, enter the required data in the Identification folder under (>Positioner Valve Positioner>Valve Control Valve) and (>Positioner Valve Positioner>Actuator Pneumatic Actuator). Download the data into the valve positioner. It is also necessary to enter the parameters of the Booster pneumatic actuator and the Model type in the Actuator folder, and the parameters of the Stuffingbox in the Valve control folder. If the configuration of the control valve remains the same as the default value, then these parameters do not need to be changed. If they are not the same, the default factory values for these parameters are as follows: Booster pneumatic actuator > NotPresent, not installed; Stuffing box > Self-adjustable; Model type > Single-acting.
