Problems with the Saideli LGZ1250 automatic centrifuge

The scraper has a measurable range; it can be moved several centimeters to the left or right by hand. I would like to ask how to adjust this and resolve it. The use of a frame poses safety risks, as it makes it impossible to adjust the distance between the scraper and the drum accurately; the standard value is 8–15 mm. This results in a very thick material layer at present.

Our company has purchased at least several hundred Cedri centrifuges in total. For the first phase of the new factory construction, another twenty or so units were bought. I went to Cedri’s facility in Jingjiang, Jiangsu, to conduct an inspection, and I found the company to be quite good. It’s not yet in operation as it is still in the equipment installation phase; I’m not sure what will happen in the future. The second-phase project will require many more centrifuges.
