Conveyors come in a variety of specifications. There are flexible chain conveyors, mesh belt conveyors, belt conveyors, chain plate conveyors, and so on. Install a shaft that rotates smoothly on the core around which the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor is wound, and properly arrange the belt winding frame. Before installing it, make sure that the direction of the adhesive on the upper and lower covers is correct, so as not to install it in the wrong way. 2. In work environments where installation is not feasible, the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor can be unrolled, and the folded section of the belt should have a sufficiently large radius of curvature to prevent damage to the belt; heavy objects must not be placed on the belt at the folded section. 3. If replacing the conveyor belt of a belt conveyor, the new belt can be connected to the old one, with the removal of the old belt and the installation of the new belt being carried out simultaneously. 4. For belt conveyors that operate horizontally, the old belt conveyor can be cut at any point; for those that operate in an inclined direction, it is necessary to choose the appropriate cutting point to prevent loss of control due to sliding caused by their own weight. 5. After positioning the new belt correctly on the belt conveyor, secure one end of the belt using a clamp, then loop it around the rollers and connect it to the pulleys. Use a pulling device to place the conveyor belt evenly on the belt conveyor; when pulling, be careful to prevent the belt from being compressed against the frame. 6. Use a clamp to fix one end of the conveyor belt to the conveyor frame, and tighten the other end using pulleys until there is no noticeable sagging of the conveyor belt on the return idler. 7. Fix the tensioning device so that the belt conveyor is 100~150 mm away from the starting point.
