The characteristics of chain plate conveyors determine their widespread use. In actual production applications, the maintenance of these conveyors is also very important, and the following steps need to be taken: 1. Conduct regular inspections and repairs; regularly monitor the operation of various components, check all connection bolts, and tighten them promptly if any loosening is detected. It is prohibited to clean or repair the moving parts of the chain conveyor while it is in operation. 2. Regularly apply lubricant – due to prolonged operation, friction between various components is significant; it is necessary to regularly apply lubricants such as grease to the chain conveyor. 3. Remove foreign objects promptly; to ensure smooth operation of the chain conveyor trough, scattered materials should be cleared up in a timely manner.
