In stainless steel food belt conveyor equipment, in addition to the frame being made of stainless steel, companies with high requirements regarding food hygiene must also use food-grade PU conveyor belts. PU conveyor belts are widely used in the food industry, as well as in industries related to the handling of bulk or canned food, packaged grains, biscuits, candies, fruit and vegetable processing, poultry, and meat processing. Food-grade flexible belt conveyors possess properties such as oil resistance, corrosion resistance, cold resistance, and cut resistance. Polyurethane (PU) conveyor belts use specially treated, high-strength synthetic polyurethane fabric as the load-bearing framework, with the coating layer made of polyurethane (PU) resin. It not only possesses the advantages of ordinary conveyor belts, such as high tensile strength, good flexibility, light weight, thinness, and toughness, but is also oil-resistant, non-toxic and hygienic, and easy to clean. This type of conveyor belt fully meets the health standards set by the U.S. FDA; it is wear-resistant and resistant to physical aging, making it a durable conveyor product. The following points should be taken into account when using flexible conveyor belts: 1. Prevent materials from accumulating on the rollers, as this can cause poor rotation and lead to leakage of materials between the drum and the belt; also pay attention to lubricating the moving parts. 2. Avoid starting the conveyor under overload conditions
