During operation and storage, the belt conveyor must not come into contact with pollutants such as acids, alkalis, oils, and water, and should be kept away from heat sources. It is also necessary to prevent it from being exposed to direct sunlight for long periods or from being soaked by rain and snow. The storage temperature for the belt conveyor should be maintained between –10°C and 40°C, while the relative humidity should be kept between 50% and 80%. Do not knead it during handling and storage. In addition to the precautions mentioned above, there are other points to note: 1. The belt conveyor should be started without any load before use, in order to prevent the motor from being overloaded and the conveyor belt from slipping; before shutting down, all the material on the belt must be removed. 2. If the belt conveyor slips or fails to move properly during operation, it is necessary to address the issue promptly by adjusting the tensioning system to ensure that the tensioning mechanism remains flexible. 3. When in use, the tension of the belt conveyor should not be too high; it should operate at the lowest possible tension, as long as there is no slipping between the drive rollers and the material is not moving excessively. 4. When using a belt conveyor, it is prohibited to connect belts of different types and specifications together for use. 5. The direction in which the conveyor belt transports the material, as well as the speed at which the material falls, are determined by the direction and speed of the belt itself. Together, prevent the material from folding or being compressed by hard objects; it should be rolled up for use and storage. 6. During operation, ensure that the belt on the conveyor belt conveyor does not deviate from its path or move in a serpentine manner; any such issues should be corrected promptly once detected.
