Recently, I encountered a vibration fluidized bed dryer in which the material did not move forward. It is understood that in the past, even when there was no wind, the materials could still move forward. Now the materials aren’t moving forward. Besides the wind, what other faults could be causing this? The vibration motor has been checked; both the angle of the vibration wheel and the angle of the motor remain unchanged. There is now concern that long-term use may cause the foot springs to deform, resulting in a change in the tilt of the bed frame. I wonder if this is possible? What is the typical inclination angle of a bed frame?
