Does anyone know about GB3071-2014? Help needed

Why is there such a big difference between what I find and yours? GB/T3071-2005 Tolerances for rolling bearings and radial bearings
That’s strange; the standard of 83 has been invalidated, and its standard number has been replaced by yours. I guess that’s what’s happening
