The curved chain conveyor is capable of performing the same functions as a regular chain conveyor, and it meets the requirements of industries such as food processing. However, when using such equipment, operators need to master some operating principles for the turning chain plates in order to operate the turning chain plate conveyor more effectively. When the machine is in operation, it is not allowed to use hands to touch the working area of the turning chain conveyor, nor is it permissible to clean or remove debris under the chain plates. During operation, it is necessary to conduct a thorough inspection, remove any obstacles, and prepare everything for startup. The conveyor can only be started once it is confirmed that there is no one in the areas related to the chain plates and the turning chain conveyor. If a turning chain plate conveyor is in operation and abnormal conditions such as misalignment, jumping, or slipping of the chain plates are observed, it is necessary to make adjustments promptly. If the chain plate slips, do not try to fix it by using pedals, pulling by hand, or pressing rods. When the tension of the chain plate is not appropriate, it is necessary to adjust the tensioning device promptly. After starting the turning chain conveyor, it is necessary to run it idly for 3 to 5 minutes first to check whether each component is functioning properly, whether there is any slippage of the chain plates, or any issues with misalignment. Any problems must be corrected in a timely manner; only after everything is normal can the conveyor be used to carry loads. When a turning chain conveyor is in operation or stopped, people are not allowed to walk on or rest on the chain. When there are abnormalities or problems with the curved chain conveyor, it is necessary to stop the equipment before carrying out any repairs, and the power supply must also be turned off; repairs must not be done while the equipment is still in operation. The basic operating principles of the turning chain conveyor must be understood; otherwise, it will cause a lot of **troubles** in the use of the entire turning chain conveyor.
