Recently, when checking standards regarding pipe processing, zinc-coated steel pipes and small-diameter steel pipes are often mentioned; mechanical processing is recommended for these. I don’t understand; it might be a material issue. It was heated once after being cut, again during welding, and yet another time during repair. I guess this area can’t be heated any further； It is also possible that high-pressure pipes require high precision in the groove shape, making it easier to achieve the desired shape in a single machining step ； There could also be other reasons.
