Driven by economic development, the chemical industry is also growing rapidly. Chemical equipment constitutes an essential part of chemical production, and employing scientific and effective methods to extend its service life can enhance the production efficiency and profitability of chemical companies. Equipment failure 01: Design defects. Due to design flaws in production equipment, it is not possible to use such equipment in production or it cannot meet the required production efficiency levels; as a result, there is a significant gap between the designed efficiency and the actual performance of the equipment. When production equipment operates under excessive load, it is very prone to problems resulting from uneven stress distribution. 02 Improper selection of raw materials: The selection of raw materials for the components of equipment should be carried out in strict accordance with design requirements and specifications, in order to avoid issues such as substandard quality and deviations in the casting process; otherwise, deformation or cracking may occur under high-temperature conditions. 03 Manufacturing defects: At various stages of the processing and manufacturing of components, as well as during the grinding and polishing steps using mechanical equipment, stress concentration occurs in these components, leading to the formation of tiny cracks. Such issues can cause mechanical failures once the components are put into use, affecting production efficiency and increasing maintenance costs. 04 Operation problems: After the equipment is put into use, various issues such as overload, high temperatures, and corrosion that arise during operation can lead to malfunctions in the equipment.
