Stainless steel chain plates are a common type of conveying device used in many industries. So what considerations should be taken into account when processing and using them? Let’s take a brief look: 1. When using stainless steel chain plates during production, in the event of an emergency, the red emergency stop button should be pressed immediately to shut down the machine quickly so that appropriate action can be taken. 2. In the same stainless steel chain conveyor, stainless steel chain plates of different types and standards must not be connected together for use. 3. The tension exerted on the stainless steel chain plate during use should not be too high; it should operate at a low tension level, provided that there is no slippage with the drive gears and the material receiving point does not sag excessively. 4. It is generally required to start the stainless steel chain conveyor with no load in order to prevent the motor from being overloaded and the stainless steel chains from slipping; before shutting down, except in special cases, all the material on the stainless steel chains should be removed. 5. The sequence of starting up is to first start the rear stainless steel chain conveyor (the unloading stainless steel chain conveyor), and then start the front ones in sequence, with the rear stainless steel chain conveyor for receiving material being started last. The shutdown order is the reverse of the startup order.
