A conveying conveyor belt is essentially a device within conveyor systems used for transporting products. Depending on the type of conveying chain (plate), it can be classified into the following categories: (1) Multi-speed chain conveyors: These are also known as differential speed chains or acceleration chains; production lines that use such chains are typically referred to as self-advancing conveyor systems. It is widely used in the assembly, sub-assembly, testing, and debugging processes of medium and small household appliances. (2) Roller conveyor lines: Roller conveyor lines can be further divided into two types of conveying mechanisms – non-powered and powered. They are widely used in the packaging industry, and are also employed in some other manufacturing equipment as auxiliary conveying systems. (3) Chain plate conveyor belt: The chain plate conveyor belt uses metal plates as the conveying chain, and it is capable of transporting large and heavy items. Therefore, this type of conveyor is well suited for use in heavy industry, such as automobile manufacturing and television production. (4) Belt conveyor line: The belt conveyor line is a common type of production equipment that is widely used across various industries such as food, electronics, packaging, and chemicals. (5) Trolley conveyor line: A trolley conveyor line uses a chain to pull the trolleys, which move in a horizontal loop to carry out processes such as aging, testing, and assembly. It is used in household appliances, refrigerators, and other products for tasks like online vacuuming, quality inspection, foaming, and aging. (6) Mesh belt conveyor line: A mesh belt conveyor line is a type of conveyor equipment that uses a metal mesh as the conveying medium, and it is commonly used for drying products. (7) Suspended chain conveyor line: A suspended conveyor line is nothing other than a conveyor line that uses suspended chains to transport products; it is often used together with chain plate conveyors in industries such as automobile manufacturing.
