Both sheet metal and aluminum alloy guide strips are composed of a frame and rollers; essentially, the material of the frame can be either aluminum alloy or galvanized steel sheet. On conveyor equipment, we also need to use flow strips. So, how are the flow strips on the conveyor installed and replaced? 1. Flanges at both ends of the pipeline are provided with U-shaped holes or oval holes, which are secured with bolts to facilitate adjustment of the installation position. 2. It is directly fixed using a collet (fixing seat); the collet is made of thermoplastic engineering plastic, and its specially designed locking mechanism allows for easy adjustment of the spacing. It is convenient to install and offers safety and reliability. 3. When used in the flexible wire rod station system, corresponding specification connectors must be used.
