Reasons and solutions for water leakage from the upper cover of the liquid filter: 1: The water inlet pipe is blocked. (Check the inlet pipeline and ball valve to see if there is any blockage. Find the problem and replace or remove it to solve it) 2: The shaft seal is burned out or is idling. (If it is idling for the first time, add water to the pump in time. If the shaft seal is burned, replace the shaft seal) 3: The impeller absorbs foreign matter and blocks the flow path. (Generally, in this case, the pump body will vibrate or make a muffled sound. Open the main body and clean up the debris) 4: The impeller sleeve is separated, and the impeller and motor shaft are out of sync. (Replace the impeller and impeller key, and check whether the shaft seal is damaged) 5: For vertical pumps, the impeller is higher than the liquid level, making it difficult to fill with water. (Install the bottom valve and check valve, and if possible, increase the liquid level in the tank or lower the height of the filter) 6: For those equipped with a magnetic pump, the pump is higher than the liquid level and it is not easy to fill the water. (Install the bottom valve, fill the pipeline pump with water, add a self-priming tank, and keep the pipeline position as low as possible below the liquid level. ) 7: Various pumps, motors reverse. (Make sure the motor fan blades are clockwise. Generally, reverse rotation will cause vibration and loud sound. Adjusting to forward rotation can solve the problem. )
