For example: assembling levers, installing clamps and levers on the locator, mounting the locator on a cast-iron yoke, or installing it on such a yoke. Next, the editor will explain to you how to carry out these operations. Method of assembling the lever: 1. Slide the follower pin together with the spring onto the bolt. 2. Put a plastic washer on the bolt and use it to compress the spring. 3. Insert the bolt with the compressed spring into the rectangular hole in the lever, and tighten it in place on the lever using a nut and a regular washer; the markings on the lever indicate the connection points for the stroke range. 4. Put a regular washer on the screw, insert the screw into the lever, and secure it with a nut in the opposite direction. Install the lever and clamps on the tzidc locator: 1. Connect the lever to the feedback shaft at the rear of the tzidc. Since the side of the feedback shaft is flat, it can only be installed in one position. 2. Observe the arrow marks to check whether the lever travel is within the operating range. 3. Tighten the counternut on the lever with your hand. 4. To keep the locator in a loose state, it is necessary to use corner brackets to support the pre-assembled tzidc so that it presses against the actuator. To facilitate identifying the holes in the tzidc for the corner brackets, it is required that the follower pin on the lever enter the follower guide rod. 5. Tighten the elbow bracket to the corresponding holes in the positioner housing using spring washers, ordinary washers, and screws ； If possible, to ensure linearity during operation, the screws should be tightened evenly. Install the tzidc locator on the cast-iron yoke: use screws and regular washers to tighten the elbow bracket to the cast-iron yoke. Install the tzidc locator on the cylindrical yoke: 1. Hold the elbow bracket in the appropriate position, against the cylindrical yoke ； 2. Insert the U-bolt from the inside of the cylindrical yoke, through the hole in the elbow bracket ； 3. Install the regular washer, spring washer, and nut. Tighten the nut evenly by hand.
