When ceasing use, the handwheel mechanism must be returned to its original neutral position to ensure the proper operation of the automatic control system. 5. During installation, the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction indicated on the valve body. 6. Before installing the control valve, the pipeline should be cleaned of dirt and slag. After installation, open the control valve fully to clean the pipelines and valves, and test the sealing integrity of all connections. The low-temperature control valve consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a low-temperature resistant single or double-seat valve. The signal pressure from the regulator is supplied to the air chamber of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, generating a thrust that drives the valve element through the connecting rods. Changes in the position of the valve element result in changes in the flow area of the valve, thereby enabling regulation of the flow rate of the medium. Low-temperature control valves are modified versions of single-seat and double-seat control valves. It differs from normal-temperature control valves in that it uses a long-necked upper valve cover, allowing the packing to operate at normal temperature. Suitable for regulating media (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, etc.) under low-temperature conditions of -60 to -250°C. To ensure regulation accuracy, a valve positioner must be used.
