(4) Then install the belt conveyor motor base (8mm×15 screws are generally used here). (5) When installing the belt conveyor, tighten the screws to ensure that the drive rollers can rotate freely. (6) Install the motor chain and the belt conveyor motor chain. (7) Next, tighten the bolts of the belt conveyor motor base, and install the chain at the same time. (8) When installing the tie rods between the legs of the belt conveyor, adjust the height of the legs to ensure the proper level of the conveyor, in order to meet the customer’s requirements, and then seal it with a 1.5mm thick plate. (9) After completing the above tasks, we need to turn on the power supply of the belt conveyor to test the machine and adjust the belt to prevent it from drifting. (10) When installing the bearings of a belt conveyor, we should apply grease.
