[Dust treatment equipment] A bag filter is a type of dry dust filtration device. After being in use for a period of time, due to effects such as screening, collision, retention, diffusion, and static electricity, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bags. This layer of dust is known as the initial layer. In subsequent operation, this initial layer becomes the main filtering layer; thanks to its presence, filter media with larger pore sizes can also achieve high filtration efficiency. As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter media, both the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase accordingly. When the pressure difference across the filter media is high, some of the fine dust particles that have adhered to it are forced through, which reduces the efficiency of the dust collector. Furthermore, excessive resistance in the dust collector can cause a significant decrease in the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, once the resistance of the dust collector reaches a certain value, the dust should be cleaned promptly. During dust removal, the initial layer must not be damaged to avoid a decrease in efficiency. Working principle of bag dust collectors: As powder repeatedly adheres to the outer surface of the filter bags, the layer of powder gradually thickens, and accordingly the resistance value of the bag dust collector increases ； The diaphragm of the pulse valve issues a command: when the left and right sides are submerged, the pulse valve opens, allowing compressed air from the high-pressure tank to flow through. If there is no dust left or if its amount is low enough, the mechanical cleaning mechanism stops operating. Structure of bag filter: The structure of a bag filter mainly consists of an upper box, a middle box, a lower box (ash hopper), a dust cleaning system, and an ash discharge mechanism.
