Regarding the reinforcement of openings on the head

As shown in the figure below, an opening (N2) is made in the head; using a regular design, can reinforcement calculations for the opening be performed? If that’s not possible, how should the installation structure of the pipe fitting be modified?
It can be counted as vertical openings! The opening area is pretty much the same!
Aren’t the two cases in the SW6 calculation software required due to stress or other reasons?
