Discussion on pump impeller materials?

The magnetic pumps used in our unit are currently made of Gr30 material; after approximately 100 days of operation, the impellers suffer severe wear. Are there any better materials available, or is it possible to coat the impellers with tungsten carbide? Is it possible to extend the operating cycle? Please feel free to speak up.

For example, reducing impurities in the particles, and choosing the appropriate conveying machinery. It is best to specify the physical and chemical properties of the medium as well as the process requirements to facilitate discussion.
What medium is being transported? What’s the temperature?
The medium, silicon tetrachloride, contains silicon powder. Temperature 150 degrees
Dual-phase steel is not even as good as Gr30; it wears out severely within 80 days of use without being removed
Duplex steel 2605, domestically known as CD4MCu; resistant to corrosion and wear.
What is the number of poles of the rotation speed currently being used? If it’s 2 poles, considering a 4-pole rotation speed would be an option; the material should be changed to CD4MCu, as it has good wear resistance.
