Is anti-corrosion treatment necessary inside the shell of the gas cross-tube cooler made of Q245 material? With only a small amount of hydrogen sulfide present, using a 20-series tube should be sufficient, right?
It is best to use anti-corrosion materials, or stainless steel.
How is corrosion prevention achieved? Welding is required during assembly, and the interior cannot be repaired after assembly; welding damages the corrosion protection layer, which in turn leads to more severe local corrosion

Hydrogen sulfide (dry): The corrosion resistance of carbon steel under operating conditions of 25–50°C is good (annual corrosion rate of 0.05–0.5 mm/year); Under operating conditions at temperatures of 80–260°C, carbon steel has acceptable corrosion resistance; however, corrosion is significant (annual corrosion rate of 0.5–1.5 mm/year). At a temperature of 370°C, carbon steel has no acceptable corrosion resistance, as corrosion is severe (annual corrosion rate > 1.5 mm/year). 2. Hydrogen sulfide (wet): Materials intended for use in wet hydrogen sulfide environments shall comply with the following regulations: (1) Article 7.8.2 of HG/T 20581-2011 \"Specifications for the Selection of Materials for Steel Chemical Process Vessels\". (2) Articles 7.5 and 7.6 of SH/T 3075-2009 \"Code for Selection of Materials for Steel Pressure Vessels in Petrochemical Industry\".
