The choice is 80% sulfuric acid at 220 degrees Celsius; the material currently used in the workshop is 316L. According to available information, among metal materials, the best options for use with 80% sulfuric acid are alloy 20 and Hastelloy; Next is 316L. But I couldn’t find out what happens to these materials at 220 degrees.
Can non-metallic materials be used? Like enamel, silicon carbide. Durable and low-cost

Sulfuric acid at 220°C is tough on any material – how long have you been using it?
Metal materials used in high-temperature and high-concentration environments will not last very long, unless graphite is used
It is recommended to use magnetic pumps or centrifugal pumps with PTFE linings. Although some manufacturers in China can produce such pumps, their quality seems to be substandard. Richter Pump is a good option: http://www.richter-ct.com/zh-hans/pumps; they have a factory in Suzhou.
