For methyl acetate, **furan (in small amounts), and methanol, what materials should be used for the equipment and pipes respectively?
316L should work.
Do both the equipment and pipes require 316L? Can 316 be used for pipes?

Use 321 for the equipment and 316L for the pipes; this is recommended! My humble opinion!
Methyl acetate is almost non-corrosive； There is also no mention of THF causing corrosion in Fe-based metals~~~~~~~~ So 304 is sufficient~~~~
