Isolation issue of heat tracing for stainless steel pipes in carbon steel containers

Dear sea friends, when using stainless steel pipes for heating carbon steel, how can isolation be carried out in a standardized and convenient manner? As shown in the figure, when using aluminum foil or stainless steel mesh belts or stainless steel strips, how should they be wrapped? Should isolation be applied around the entire heat tracing tube, or only at the clamps?
The design process is quite complex; it’s a bit hard to understand – what’s the purpose of doing this? 、
Can a battery be formed by using aluminum foil for isolation as well? ~~~~
I feel that the density of isolation at the clip using fixed clamps needs to be increased.
In the past, asbestos sheets were used for isolation by wrapping them around, and aluminum foil could also be used for this purpose. However, I personally think it’s best to cut a small section from a stainless steel tube and weld it in place as a means of isolation
