For existing customers, sodium sulfate solutions in wastewater treatment present challenges when processed using MVR or triple-effect evaporation. Previously, the use of enamel-lined reactors led to long distillation times, high energy consumption, and frequent clogging issues. With the use of scraper evaporators, work efficiency has been significantly improved; the dried salt can be obtained directly without the need for centrifugation.
The effectiveness of scraper evaporators in treating sodium chloride wastewater and mixed salt wastewater is more pronounced than that in treating sodium sulfate wastewater. There are not only design considerations but also usage techniques for the evaporation of sodium sulfate wastewater.
