How to prevent bolts from rusting?

It’s only been about 2 months and already this happens – is oiling the only solution?
Use stainless steel or bolts (nuts) with anti-corrosion coating depending on the operating environment.
Apply grease to the threaded area. Anti-rust paint can also be used, but it will be difficult to remove later.
The main issue mentioned above is that different materials can easily lead to electrochemical corrosion (cathodic corrosion). In other words, the bolt is made of carbon steel while the flange is made of stainless steel, which results in different electrode potentials for them. The potential of carbon steel is relatively low, while that of stainless steel is high. This leads to galvanic corrosion in humid environments. It is recommended to replace the bolts with the same material as the flange.
With stainless steel bolts and nuts, no oil is needed
It’s likely that the wrong material was chosen, and bolts were not selected in accordance with the design specifications.
Stainless steel flanges should be paired with stainless steel bolts, right?
