Process management: This begins with the management of raw materials used for coating; the goal of such management is to strictly control the quality of these materials, prevent substandard products from being used in production, and ensure that only materials that meet the required standards are utilized, thereby maintaining order in the production process as well as the quality of the coatings. The main aspects of material management include: ① The technical specifications for materials must be complete ; ②Sample and inspect the raw materials entering the factory ; ③Ensure proper storage and transportation ; ④Conduct thorough research on coatings ; ⑤Prepare the paint and other materials that will be used. Furthermore, ensuring compliance with process regulations involves conducting regular or irregular inspections of painting process documents, the implementation of those processes, the condition of painting equipment, and the quality of the painted surfaces. These inspections check whether the painting process documents are complete, and whether the procedures for quality control, any modifications made, and the approval processes are in accordance with regulations. During the production process, it is necessary to strictly control the process parameters of various coating equipment and processes in accordance with the requirements of the process documents, and to regularly monitor and check these parameters. 2. Equipment management: Painting equipment is the hardware underlying painting quality; however, even the best and most advanced painting equipment can encounter problems if not managed properly. Keeping the painting equipment in good condition is one of the essential requirements to ensure painting quality. To manage coating equipment properly, sound rules and regulations are necessary: ① Key equipment should come equipped with operating procedures ; ②Each piece of equipment should have a dedicated person in charge, and the operation of the equipment should be regularly checked and recorded at the end of each shift ; ③Plans for the inspection and maintenance of key equipment should be developed to ensure regular maintenance work is carried out. 3. Quality Management: To ensure product quality, it is necessary to assign appropriate quality inspectors during the construction process to oversee quality control. To avoid excessive rework, it is necessary to define the quality requirements for each processing step clearly and precisely, strengthen on-site quality inspection, and improve the quality management system in order to ensure strict control over product quality. 4. On-site environment management: The environment at the work site has a direct impact on the quality of painting; a tidy and clean site is a necessary condition for achieving high-quality paintwork. Therefore, the painting workshop should adopt the “3S” workplace management method to organize production and strengthen on-site management. Specifically as follows: Sorting: Separate the items that are needed from those that are not at the production site, and remove unnecessary items. Organization: Determine the location and quantity of items needed at the production site, and bring disorderly items under control to create an orderly environment. Cleaning: Clean the production area thoroughly. 5. Strengthen personnel management: In the coating management system, there is considerable flexibility in terms of personnel management. A clear personnel management system must be established, and the rules and regulations must be strictly followed.
