We use temperatures above 300 degrees, and the equipment operates under negative pressure; it is likely that PTFE lining cannot be used.
Checking the corrosion data sheets, it seems that duplex stainless steel cannot withstand it. It works fine in a dry state; if there is even a trace of moisture, it won’t function properly. Also, our operating conditions are quite special: the temperature is over 300 degrees, and the equipment needs to operate under negative pressure. Do you have a better solution?
At such high temperatures, ceramic, glass, and similar materials are likely to be required for pipes and storage tanks; as for pumps, it’s more complicated. Fluoroplastic pumps cannot withstand it unless the temperature is reduced to below 150 degrees.
Above 300 degrees, zirconium materials can’t be used either
