I would like to ask the experts and veterans on this forum: is there any metal material that can resist corrosion by 45% copper sulfate? Do not recommend Hastelloy C276 or C22. Since Hastelloy is the best material in terms of resistance to chloride corrosion and serves as a typical reference, but this client’s application does not involve chloride corrosion, I would like to provide them with a material that offers better cost-performance. We don’t consider polytetrafluoroethylene or anything similar, as the customer’s pipelines have high pressure and fast flow rates.
Lower-cost nickel-based alloys that can be used from a distance, such as 825 and 600 materials
