The existing flue gas treatment systems for desulfurization and denitrification are suffering from severe corrosion. The induced draft fan is part of the upstream system, and the flue ducts at the fan’s inlet and outlet are made of carbon steel lined with glass flake. However, the valves used in the isolation systems fail to perform their sealing function over time due to corrosion caused by the media (SO3, SO2, water vapor). We are seeking information on whether there are any manufacturers in China that produce valves fully lined with PTFE, or other valve materials that offer effective corrosion resistance. Thank you.
