Judging from the photos, it should meet the requirements basically; there is no visible oil, dirt, scale, rust, corrosion, old paint, or other impurities on the surface, although there are some shadows and color variations. Because the standard allows for a 5% slight color variation on the surface at the Sa2.5 grade.
