The tube sheet and weld joints on the cooling water side of the cooler are severely corroded, with many small holes appearing in the welds
Spraying can be performed on the circulating water side.
It mainly depends on what one is concerned about; if it’s a safety issue, repair work is needed, and I’m worried about doing that in the building
It has been repaired; under such scale-induced corrosion, the welds thin out significantly, and another leak is only a matter of time
For the circulating water tube bundle, it is recommended to apply anti-corrosion treatment on the water side before use, and practice has shown that this approach is very effective.
Received. For this type of corrosion, what anti-corrosion measures are generally the best to use?
It is best to use the coating method. Additionally, it is recommended to use a combination of coating and sacrificial anode for better protection effects.
How long does it take for this to happen? The key equipment for circulating water can now be sprayed
The equipment has been in use for two years, and it was cleaned twice during that time
