Spontaneous combustion is the burning of a substance on its own without an immediate cause. The following steps can prevent the debris from catching fire spontaneously: dry it out (if possible) or use centrifugation to reduce or eliminate the metal cutting fluid on the debris ; Spread debris over a large area or use circulating air to blow away piles of debris/dust ; Using metal machining fluids with a high mineral oil content can reduce the likelihood of spontaneous combustion ; If a flammable emulsion is already being used, the concentration used can be increased ; Spraying a water-based rust inhibitor on the surface of the debris pile is also helpful. For the central channel system, if dirt keeps circulating, it indicates a malfunction in the filtration system. Auxiliary settling agents compatible with metal machining fluids and filtration systems can be selected to help settle debris. Check the pressure of the machining fluid nozzle to determine whether insufficient pressure is causing debris to accumulate on the fixture or the workpiece.
