On January 19, it was learned that Guangdong WeiYiBo New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest a total of 230 million yuan in building a new facility capable of producing 20,000 tons per year of functional coating materials, optical adhesives, and LCP polymers (Phase I). The construction of this facility will take place in the New Materials Industrial Park in Lianfeng Village, Baihua Town, Huidong County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, with the construction period running from March 1, 2026, to March 1, 2027. The project is planned to produce 20,000 tons per year of functional coating materials, optical adhesives, and LCP polymers (Phase I), with a focus on manufacturing high-performance coatings, inks, curing agents, thinners, and optical adhesives. Such products are used in fields such as 3C electronics, automobiles, and new energy. The main equipment includes high-speed dispersers, grinders, mixers, vertical storage tanks, dispersion cylinders, suspended cylinders, automatic packaging machines, as well as air compressors, pure water systems, refrigerators, and VOC treatment systems. The production capacity of the first-phase project is 18,000 tons per year.
