The following are typical electrochemical protection-related application cases that have been published in the industry.: Changqing Oilfield Casing Anodic Anti-Corrosion Project Since 2002, Changqing Oilfield has independently developed epoxy cold-wound tape supporting anode anti-corrosion technology. This electrochemical protection solution has been applied to oil and water well casing protection, successfully extending the service life of the casing by 3 to 4 times, and solving the industry problem of easy breakage of casing in highly corrosive formations. Tarim Oilfield Deep Well Impressed Current Cathodic Protection Project This project uses deep buried auxiliary anode technology to bury high-silicon cast iron anodes deep into low-resistivity strata tens of meters underground to provide stable impressed current protection for the downhole casing groups supporting oilfield drilling. It has greatly reduced the corrosion rate of deep well casings, and the long-term operation of the project is stable. Offshore Drilling Platform Sacrificial Anode Protection Project Offshore drilling platforms in many domestic sea areas use aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes to electrochemically protect the fully immersed areas and sea mud areas of platform steel piles and jackets, achieving anti-corrosion without dead corners for underwater steel components and effectively extending the service life of the platform's underwater structure.
