Dear expert, I would like to know if there are any heat exchangers that are resistant to chloride ion corrosion (at 100,000 ppm). We’ve already tried using a heat exchanger made of 254 SMO material, but the results were unsatisfactory. Are there any other materials or types of heat exchangers that could meet our requirements?

With low pressure, a graphite block heat exchanger can be chosen
Graphite block heat exchangers can indeed be used. Currently, graphite heat exchangers that possess the characteristics of pressure vessels have been included in the management scope for pressure vessels; their design and manufacturing qualification level is A4.
The graphite reactor we got couldn’t be used right after purchase; it leaked material. Even after repair by the manufacturer, it still didn’t work; it leaked. It had to be scrapped
