Large-diameter mobile high-temperature steam pipes, used for purging chemical plants. Seek design ideas
Do you mean the pipeline can be moved around to this or that place? Use different pipes for purging? Still a large diameter – I don’t think it’s practical. Firstly, the stress issues alone are already problematic; secondly, it’s difficult to determine how to adjust the support setup. Using a hose is an idea, but it’s not possible to use one over long distances; moreover, hoses break easily. Another issue with hoses is that the force exerted on them is too great, which makes it difficult to design the equipment connections and pipe supports. My suggestion is to do it separately, connecting each pipe that needs to be inflated and controlling it with valves. It is convenient to use and maintain in this way.
