The Central Control MPS5000 vibration protection system is designed specifically for centrifugal and axial flow compressors used in process industries, offering excellent cost-performance, flexibility, and reliability. The system utilizes highly reliable industrial Ethernet technology to collect key signals such as phase angle, shaft displacement, shaft vibration, expansion difference, eccentricity, and shell vibration. It performs time-domain and frequency-domain analyses, displays the results in real time, and issues alerts based on preset parameters. Furthermore, this system is also compatible with the InPlant MP3000 monitoring and diagnostic software, enabling graphical representation of data and status analysis. It provides continuous online status monitoring, vibration protection, and fault diagnosis, meeting all the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute API670 standard. Shengma Chemical’s 600,000 tons/year catalytic cracking unit
Sichuan Shengma Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Economic Development Zone of Daying County, Suining City, Sichuan Province, in the heart of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. It is 110 kilometers away from Chengdu and 140 kilometers away from Chongqing, offering convenient transportation access. The company was founded in 1958. Following the consolidation of small oil refineries in 2000, it became the only local oil refining enterprise to remain in the southwest region (designated as No. 1095 under the State Economic and Trade Commission’s regulations on the petrochemical industry). It is a key enterprise that is being fostered by Sichuan Province, a priority enterprise in the province’s “7+3” industrial development plan for the petrochemical sector, an enterprise that plays a vital role in providing supporting resources within the province, and a provincial-level pilot enterprise for technological innovation. The company also has dedicated railway lines with a capacity to handle 3 million tons of raw materials per year and 1 million tons of refined products per year, along with various supporting facilities.
