The version must be CAESARII 2017. 2. After installation, select Chinese from the language option on the main interface. 3. This localization package is provided directly by the officials to users of legitimate software. It is shared here solely for learning purposes, to help beginners get started more quickly; it should not be used in actual projects to avoid unnecessary problems. 4. The permissions have been changed to unrestricted, allowing everyone to download freely. 5.
